How Much Is Rent?
What Is Included?
The Landings are 2 Bed / 2.5 Bath apartments. These units will be rented by the bed at $700 per room or $1400 for the entire apartment. Each apartment will be responsible for establishing the utilities (water & power) in at least one of the the tenants names prior to move in.
Will I Be Responsible For Paying A Security Deposit Or Any Additional Fees At Move In?
There will be a One Time NON-REFUNDABLE Refurbishing Fee that will be required before move in.
This fee will be $500 per bed and it will cover the cleaning & painting AFTER move out.
Can I Pick My Roommate?
Yes! You will have the option to choose who you want to live with at The Landings. Both of you will be responsible for filling out an application before we can send a lease over.
If you don't have a roommate before, no worries! Each person that applies will fill out roommate matching form where we then would place you with a roommate.
